Dispatch times
Orders placed before noon (UK time), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after noon or at weekends are dispatched on the next working day.
Courier & tracking
We ship every parcel with DPD. You’ll receive an SMS and email with a one-hour delivery window and a live tracking link as soon as your order leaves us.
Areas not covered
We’re unable to ship to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or international addresses. The checkout will let you know if your postcode isn’t supported.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel is damaged in transit or doesn’t arrive when it should, drop us a line on the contact page and we’ll sort it.
