At the British Crisp Co., we endeavour to keep our delivery fees transparent and straightforward. Delivery is FREE.
Orders placed by 12pm on a working day are typically processed and dispatched on the same day. Once your order has been collected from our warehouse, it is generally delivered on the next working day. However, please note that deliveries to Scotland may require additional time.
Currently, we only offer shipping services within Mainland UK. We cater to both business and residential addresses. Deliveries are carried out from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm, via DPD. Please note that we do not deliver on bank holidays.
Signature Requirement
All parcels must be signed for upon arrival. Our transport company will ask you to confirm the goods are in satisfactory condition. We urge you to inspect your order for any damages or discrepancies before signing, as this ensures that any issues can be promptly resolved.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If an attempt to deliver is made and no one is available to sign for the package, a calling card will be left and the order will be returned to the nearest depot. We will re-attempt delivery up to a maximum of three times before the goods are returned to our warehouse.
